Jesus said, “I will build my church, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it. In these days he is demonstrating his power in many ways in and through the body of Christ. We are convinced that it is God’s time for a great revival and many new churches will be started around the world. We are also convinced that God wants to raise up, train and develop leaders who will lead the church.
At the same time, we are aware that these days can also be very intense and challenging for the believers doing the work of the ministry. We also know that the enemy is attempting to discourage God’s people from this greater reality. It is so important that ministry leaders and pastors be connected and built up in the Holy Spirit so that they may do the kingdom work on earth as God has called them to. The need for a continual fresh infilling of the oil of the Spirit and encouragement from others is great in this day. Our heart as a ministry is to be a source of support, training, encouragement, and supplier of resources that will be a blessing to church leaders and churches.
Our ministry has followed the leading of the Holy Spirit to be “organic” in our development, allowing Him to direct us as we go with any necessary structure implementation. As a ministry fellowship our intention is to build relationally while honoring one another in our various forms of representing the Kingdom of God.

What if I am Associated with another Ministry Network or Denomination?
Our vision is for revival and leadership development. We in no way desire to cause disunity in the body of Christ. We believe there are many good fellowships available and that some of these offer things that we do not. If you are presently connected elsewhere it will not affect you connecting with IMI. People, ministries and churches who are connecting with us, simply desire to be associated with the InSTEP values and have a passion for leadership development and global revival. We simply want to provide any resource that we have to offer and create a fellowship and networking atmosphere among those who desire to connect with us.
Does it Cost?
We don’t ask for fees or dues. However, some who connect with us may choose to donate to the ministry. Our heart is that those who join in fellowship with us feel freedom and in no way are obligated to financially support IMI.
