The emphasis for this ministry is to provide spiritual and personal guidance and care to pastors and church leaders. Our intention is to help church leaders stay “in step” with the Holy Spirit. We believe that as we help the leaders to grow and be strong in the Spirit, they will lead well and their churches will be spiritually strong.
Pastor Darryl and Joyce function as Spiritual Father and Mother to many pastors throughout Russia and Europe. They teach church leadership principles to leadership teams as well as provide spiritual growth seminars to church members. They have been used as instruments of the Lord to prepare the church for revival and a spiritual awakening.
To expand our vision of training and developing leaders, we partnered with a national pastor in Russia to begin a Bible School in September 2011. The school has a special emphasis on Church Planting and prepares students to begin new churches in Russia and other countries. We have partnered with another pastor in Poland to have a bible school with a vision to train leaders for churches in Poland and instill church planting vision to the student who attend.
Our primary focus has been refined in 2016 to assist those pastors and churches who have an “Antioch church” vision and goal.
Helping “Antioch” churches
The church at Antioch in the New Testament became a training center which was very active in the mission of planting new churches in many regions.
•We believe God has called us to assist and give direction to those pastors and churches with an “Antioch” vision.
•Through these churches we envision thousands of new churches being planted across Eastern and Western Europe.
•We will help them to develop and improve their leadership skills in planting churches and becoming an equipping center for missionary works.
•We will connect them to other ministries who can resource and help them.
