IMI LEADERS CONFERENCE 2025

This year’s conference is going to be a very special time together. We will meet in Zakopane, Poland, in the Tatra Mountains at the Grand Hotel Stamary. This setting will provide a great background for our conference theme; “Upward and Onward”. Participants will be encouraged to go onward to the next step and next level in their ministry while focusing on the Lord and listening to what the Holy Spirit is saying to the church.   Our guest speakers will be Dr Dave and Sherry Hess from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA.  They bring a unique blend of gifting and style that provides solid teaching from the Scriptures with warmth and care for leaders.

The conference will begin September 16 in the evening and end with breakfast on September 19, 2025.

Registration due date is September 1.  There is limited space so we will receive registrations on a first come basis. IMI Members will have priority when capacity is close to full.

Registration includes a hotel double room for 3 nights, 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 coffee breaks.  Supper is not provided, we encourage people to enjoy fellowship with others at one of the local restaurants.

Conference Cost:

Couple registration: $270.00 (This is a sponsored amount for everyone at a 50% discount)  No coupon code is needed.

Alternate Options:

IMI Fellowship members: $125.00 per couple. You must use the coupon code sent to you previously or email us for a new code.

Want to bless others:  If you are able to pay the full price of $535.00, you may enter the coupon code “FULL” to increase the amount to the full cost. By doing this you will allow us to offer our sponsorships to others who need help.
