We are incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania as a non-profit organization.  We are also a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization with tax-exempt status with the federal government of the USA.

We have a board of directors that provides assistance, advice, and accountability according to the vision and bylaws of this organization. We also have a Board of Spiritual Advisors who provide assistance and accountability for the president and the board of the ministry.

Pastor  Darryl is an ordained minister of the Hopewell Network of Churches International with offices in Pennsylvania, USA.

Our home church is Petra Church of New Holland, PA., USA

We are a partner ministry of HarvestNet International, a network of ministries and churches with offices in Pennsylvania, USA
